Return and Exchange Policy

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, to ensure your safety and the quality of our products.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition with complete packaging.

If you receive a damaged product or one different from your order, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos, and we will replace or refund it free of charge.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the error was ours.
