Refund policy

To ensure your safety and maintain the quality of our products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are unopened, unused, in their original condition, and include all original accessories and packaging.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or an incorrect product that does not match your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product. In such cases, the product will be replaced or returned at no additional cost to you.

For returns or exchanges that are not due to an error by TOVÈRA, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping fees. If the return or exchange is due to an error by TOVÈRA, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
